  The minimum booking duration is 2 hours.

2. Full Advance Payment:

• To confirm your booking, we require the total payment upfront, which includes the anticipated hours for your move and the applicable 5% GST.

3. Booking Confirmation:

• Once the full payment is received, your booking will be confirmed, and the scheduled time slot will be reserved for your move.

4. Hours Extension:

• If your move requires more than the initially booked hours, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability. Additional hours will be billed accordingly.

5. Remaining Payment:

• The remaining balance, if any, can be paid after the completion of our moving services.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash.
